Call to order at 6:33 pm.

The following corrections were made to the November minutes:  At the last Wild Buffalo Wings event, the FHS band boosters received $259.08.  The minutes were approved with this correction.

The next Wild Buffalo Wings event is on December 28; however the “Team Card” can be used anytime thru February 22.  If you don’t have the card, you can just mention the FHS band when ordering.  Attached to these minutes is the “Team Card” as well as the pass for the event on December 28.

Director’s Report:  The winter concert is on December 7.  Students should be in their concert attire and ready to play at 6:15 pm.  The uniform closet will open at 5:30 pm for students to get their formal wear.  Solo and Ensemble starts after the concert and basketball season begins in the New Year.  The band will be playing at specified basketball games.  Band Day Camp will be at Custer Elementary School next August.  The high school administration has also approved the band to paint football field markings on the junior parking lot in September for band rehearsals.

Treasurer’s Report:  We are down to only $300 worth of Haggen gift cards.  We have received a few donations from vendors of the TT.

Uniforms:  The old jackets are currently being washed and will then be packed away and put into storage.  All students have been issued their concert attire.  We will need to order about 4 new dresses before the All District Band Gala in the spring.

See’s Chocolates:  We distributed 36 boxes of candy bars to approximately 29 students.  All students should turn in their proceeds on December 15 and 16.  We will possibly sell See’s again around Easter.

Band Concert Bake Sale:  There will be refreshments in the lobby of the auditorium prior to the start of the winter band concert on December 7.  Treats and beverages will be available for a donation.

Fall Trinkets and Treasures:  A BIG “thank you” to Deanna Kaech for her excellent job of organizing the fall TT.  It was very successful and lots of positive feedback was received from both vendors and patrons.

Renetta and Donna attended a Ferndale Golden Eagle Boosters meeting.  They provided background information about the group as well as its mission.

Adjourned at 7:35 pm.
