The December minutes were approved
without correction.
Director’s Report: The band is currently in
practice for Solo & Ensemble as well as the FHS play, “Guys and
Dolls.” The dates for the Disneyland
trip are set as June 2-5, 2017. Students
will need to tell Mr. Menefee by May if they are planning on attending. Future activities are as follows:

Treasurer’s Report: The Boosters made $4,638.10 at
the Trinkets & Treasures. WECU
bought 20 gift cards in December.
Uniforms: We are ordering 4 new dresses. We need to reorganize the uniform room and
refit several kids in concert attire.
Amy and Wendy will fit the new dresses when they arrive.
See’s Chocolates: Three students still need to
turn in their money.
New Business: The Spring Trinkets & Treasures and
mattress sale will be May 7. This is the
same day as the Ferndale City Wide Garage Sale.
